I have three 60's all in full Molten Core Armor sets, Druid, Priest and Mage. Which one do you think I should level to 70 when the expansion comes out.

Mage or priest - both of them look like they're getting some sweet buffs. I'd choose mage first, since they look like they're getting the better deal.
Druids, unfortuntely, are still getting the short end of the stick. :(

Honestly, depending on what faction you are on, I would level a Dranaei shaman or Blood Elf paladin.
Why? Just to have the reputation of being the first level 70 new class hero. Also there will be a high demand for these new classes in higher end raids. So my advice is to start "saving" gear for your future character. Save level 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 etc weapons and armor and have a little road map for your future character.
If you do not wish to make a new character, I would suggest with leveling whichever character your guild is in need of.
If you do not have a guild or prefer to be a lone wolf, I would suggest a mage or a priest for their high demand in various raids.
