My favorite fish so far is the Dragon / Violet Goby

Why , They Look like little dragons , they get up to 2ft long , They are Scary looking but pretty docile (Gentle enough to keep breeding guppies safetly). They are Nocturnal , Realativley Easy to care for.

I have been a icthyphile for years.. I love fish
But I have never liked a fish as much as I do Dargon Gobies.

I have even been known to make visits to local petshops just to visit un puchased , un-adoptable , un-buyable large specimine Dragons.

LOL
Just My Opinion

Siamese fighting fish, preferably metallic blue with a purple tail, or sometimes a red one. I like them because the one at my house killed off all of the guppies my idiotic housemates put in the tank with it (the guppies were annoying).

That's a tough one...it's between 3 types for me. Bettas are gorgeous colors (but unfortunately hostile), neon tetras are blue & red & so cute/tiny & neon glass fish are cool because you can see right through them & they have a neon stripe on their back!

(Had all three types when I was younger....plus numerous more.)

Betta fish are my favorite. They have beautiful colors and cansurvive in tap water. they don't require alot of experience

Oscars, I like buying them small and watch them grow. Plus they eat feeder fish, that's interesting to watch.

I had a wrasse that was fantastic. I loved to watch him constantly gliding through the water looking for anything edible (that was until he started snacking on crabs and shrimp).

I like goldfish the best because they always live a long time for me. The others are too sensitive. :)

Bettas. They are easy to take care of, cute, and make good companions.
