Dell have a help line number, you could try calling that.

I wouldn't bother though, the only individual who worked for them who actually gave a sh*t is working elsewhere now. They value their staff almost as much as their customers by all accounts...

It could be that it's plugged in the wrong slot, it's not turned on (happens more than you'd think) or that the computer doesn't like you (mine hates my guts)
