I could write a book about this.

In short, many causes can contribute to acne. It comes from food, hormones, hygenine and even genetics.

So, if you have acne and I'm not saying you do because I have never seen you, some measures can be taken to fight it.
We'll start with this. Ever seen Michael Jackson? Plastic surgery is great. Sure.

Ok, then there is a more reasonable approach, vigorously washing your face at morning and at night and basically whenever you can with some "approved" acne facial wash.

If you have self-control from foods saturated with fat and composed of 90% sugar, then this will work. Basically eat foods that are low in fat or dont even have fat. Make sure you read the labels about sugar too, because fat turns into sugar or is the opposite? I dont know.

Ah, Hormones. these things cant really be stopped just like your genetics so if you have acne because of these two, you can probably still get rid of it with the solutions above. If it doesn't work, wear a ski mask every day and on Halloween, take it off. No one will know. Hope this advice helps you or whoever needs to know about acne.

Simply, it is the clogging of pores. If your pores are clogged, zits appear. Sometimes hormones cause sweating, which leads to clogged pores. But when you pop a zit, that's the dirt and puss that was in the pore. Keep your hands off your face and pray for better genes.

Poor nutrition is at least a contributing factor. Adelle Davis in her book Let's Get Well has chapter on skin problems and gives suggestions on how to eat better to help control and eliminate them.
Good luck!
