Smile when you look at her. If she smiles back. say hi. the next time that you go in there. Say hi again. Do that until you feel that she trusts you enough to have a conversation with. Ask her about her job. How long she's been there. If she likes it. What type of music she is into. If she is into something you like and you have tickets to a concert. Be like. Hey I have tickets to go see them play. I don't know if you'd like to go with me. I mean I know that we don't know each other that well. I don't know. I thought you might be interested. If she is into you. She will say yes. If she says no I can't and gives you a reason. Then she is into going but she just can't. If she makes any other type of excuse. She does not like you.

Go there every morning on your way to work or school, etc. and buy something like a pack of gum, something affordable. Then after a while if you start to get familiar and it turns into a small hi thing, (this would probably be safest) give her a couple bucks and tell her to buy herself something for you
