VW replaced the battery. I am thinking solenoid, relay, or key. We have gotten stuck twice in the last week. It does not crank over. We have power and there are no codes, engine lights, etc. any thoughts? it's a 1.8 turbo.

You probably just need a new starter. It is possible that your alternator is not recharging your battery, but your battery shouldn't go dead so quickly.
Maybe a car stereo or something is draining the power while your car is off.
Last, make sure that the connections (the wires) running from the battery to the starter are not shorted or damaged.
I am sure that one of these things is the problem.
