The anal opening leads to the rectum which is one segment of the large intestine. The large intestine is an organ that is part of the exclusive and fully-enclosed gastrointestinal (GI) tract, which is open at a person's lips, ending at the anal opening. More importantly, regarding your question, the GI system is not directly connected with the reproductive tract; therefore, sperm entering the anus cannot swim through the GI tract to reach the egg in the reproductive tract. Similarly, sperm entering the mouth cannot cause pregnancy.
The only way a woman might possibly become pregnant from anal play is if ejaculated semen is near the opening of the vagina and that semen happens to work its way deep into the vaginal opening. Otherwise, there is no chance of conception with anal sex.

finishing inside anally? Probably not. There is a slight chance the sperm could go up the wrong way if she didn't clean up right away, but I doubt it. You shouldn't be having anal sex without protection anyway - but I bet you already know that.

Depends on the position used. Doggie could lead to leakage into the vaginal cavity. Nothing is 100% unless she cleans up and carefully after the anal. All it takes is one sperm to get to the right area.

first of all you do not want to put anything anywhere after you placed it into her anally she will get infections and so will you if you do not where a condom.....please protect both of you and practice safe sex

yes, but only if she...erm..."leaks" and your soldiers head for the main entrance. It happened to friends of mine, who had never heard of the phenomina. Shocked as they were, little Chloe is now a completly healthy and beautiful 2 year old. I'm sure she'll never hear the finer details of her conception.

The only person worth listening to here is tims_1981 (and me). the rest of these people should direct their sarcastic comments towards themselves. the fact is, it is possible (but very unlikely) for sperm to leak out and accidentally get into the vagina.

She could possibly get pregnant if the semen drips out of the anus and across into the vagina, but otherwise no.

ok if u had to ask this question i think your too young to be having sex ,, besides having unprotected sex !!!! if u dont wrap your weenie it wont be long before u have a bun in the oven.
