Hmm..I find this difficult and I think it is quite impossible if you want to watch it free, but there is a site *Rugby Channel* that you have to pay for but I think it is only Union, but it is worth a look

I do not think you can see / watch it live on the Internet, but you have not stated that you want to watch it live :)
You can watch a replay of it. A video will be available, probably 2 or 3 days after the game, here:

and select 'Grand Final' in the 'Select a Round' pull down box. It is towards, but not at, the bottom.
You can get live scores on the internet, at:

The coverage appears to start at 7.00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
