there is a logon script installed either from ur domain controller or as a result of software isntallation.
chk ur logon scripts in gpedit.msc ,also chk what startup project u have installed on ur machine

A program that is supposed to startup right after you logon has a corrupt installation, and needs to be re-installed. If you are at work, ask your MIS/IT/Nework people.
