You can drink alcohol with antibiotics.

Copy / paste:

"A widespread myth holds that you shouldn't drink alcohol while taking antibiotics, but in fact, drinking doesn't lessen the effects of the drugs. However, alcohol can lower your general energy and delay your recovery so it is best to minimize drinking until you've finished the prescribed course of antibiotic treatment. (Beyond that, chronic liver damage from excessive alcohol consumption can affect the metabolism and toxicity of antibiotics.)"

There is no medical reason given as to why you cannot.

Still, if it was ME taking amoxicillin, I'd avoid anything except water and fruit juice for the duration of the prescription.
I enjoy my wine and beer, but when my body is ill, I don't need to stress it out with anything until I get healthy.

No, you shouldn't consume alcohol when taking antibiotics. Basically the alcohol will limit the effectiveness of the antibiotic so it might not kill all of the bug. The ones that are left are more resistant to the antibiotic so when/if you have a relapse it will be much harder to get rid of.

No!

Alcohol decreases, or completely shuts down positive effects of antibiotics. And mixing is also very bad for your liver.
