You talk of it like it's a disease. A low sex drive isn't abnormal, and plenty of couples are very happy having next to no sex. Don't think of it as something to be cured; rahter, it's more important that this person does what is comfortable, and makes them feel happy, rather than seeing themselves as some kind of diseased freak.

Maybe there is a medical reason for their lack of sex. Have they started any new medications? Have they been feeling out of sorts lately? Is your partner working lots of hours? Do they have a lot of stress in their life? Any of those could cause a decrease in the libido.
WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF LACK OF LIBIDO IN MEN?
The causes can be either physical or psychological.
PHYSICAL CAUSES
Possible physical causes include:
1. alcoholism - quite common
2. abuse of drugs - such as cocaine
3. anaemia - unusual unless the man has been bleeding for any reason
4. hyperprolactinaemia - an uncommon disorder in which too much of the hormone prolactin is produced by the pituitary gland
5. obesity - quite common; simply slimming down will often help
6. prescribed drugs - particularly Proscar (finasteride), a tablet used for prostate problems
7. low male hormone level (testosterone) - contrary to what many people think, this is rare
8. any major 'generalised' disease, such as diabetes
PSYCHOLOGICAL CAUSES
Psychological causes of male level of desire include:
1. depression - very common
2. stress and overwork
3. sex hang-ups
4. latent gayness
5. serious relationship problems with the wife/partner
If there is no medical reason, then I suggest you sit down with them and explain to your partner that you are feeling neglected.

so you're saying you don't want sex, but you wish you did want it. i'd say find a guy and make him rub and touch you and kiss your feet. that might help.
