Sounds strange, i know.

But when walking, how do your arms act?

Does the upper arm stay static and the lower arm move back and forward?

Does your entire arm move back and forth?

Does your arm stay static?

Thanks for your answers.

Swing them.
Unless it's cold then I put them in my pockets!

Funny you should mention this. This evening I noted it was my upper arm that was moving. Was a bit cold and had my arms folded but my upper arms were still moving.

If my arms arn't pushing the stroller, or the shopping trolley, they are usually trying to maintain a hand grip on one of my young sons. I think children should all be born with velcro on their palms that can only be released by the Mother!!!!!!!

We'd have to be on some really heavy drugs to have the body
awareness to answer this....I think it takes some good drugs to ask a question like this as well.......best group of people to
answer this questioon would be college stoner slackers..they would have the time, stoner body awareness, and intelligence
to answer your question..so go to the local college asd ask the stoners.

When you walk, to retain perfect balance, your left leg will go forward as your right arm swings forward and your right leg goes forward along with your left arm. This is unconscious and you still do it when drunk - only problem is your legs don't always go where instructed!
