It implies being healthy. Of course it is slightly racist as even in perfect health, a person of colour can't be in the pink!
Kind of like Crayola having to change it's pink crayon from "Flesh" to peach.
Some sayings aren't PC anymore...such is Life!

In the "pink", not to be confused with in the "brown" means that I'm in the process of launching a fleet of tactical swimmers to penetrate a target of interest.
