Well I think you should tell her but at the same time she might want to end your friendship so do what your heart tells you maybe if you tell her she well get help.

if you have never tried to help her seek counseling or a Dr, and you really care about her , try to get her help , if she refuses or promises to go and doesn't then tell Her you have tried and she doesn't want help . then walk away and in your heart you can say you tried to help her .. you will continue to give her money if she doesn't want help. and you will be doing nothing for her ..except pay for her drinking habit.so walk away if she doesn't want help..
