well a neighbor of mine had a one nighter and now after six years this chick filed for child support but she lives and works in tijuana and my neighbor well he lives in the us can he ask the courts to send this case to the mexican authorities so they can close the case since everything did happen in Tijuana

Actually, a defendant can be sued for child support in their own jurisdiction. Why would she sue in Tijuana? She could never get jurisdiction over him there. If he has any question about whether the child is his or not, he can request a paternity test. If the child is his, he needs to step up to the plate and be a man about it.

Can he prove it was a one nighter-can he prove it happened in Tijuana-can he prove that he should not have to pay child support because he decided to go diving without scuba gear? Do the right thing, period.

He can ask for paternity test no matter if you live in another country or not if it is your kid you need to pay for it period.
