My final court date for our divorce is coming up, and when the judge asks me if I want a divorce, what would happen if I said NO. Would it prolong the divorce or would it not matter?

usually they will make you go to marriage counseling for a few sessions and the marriage counsel will say if they think you should be divorced or not and if not the judge gives a certain amount of months(i think) before going back to court

why would you want to stay married to some one that doesn't want to be with you? I mean why drag the heartache on longer? Stop, let her go. It's gone suck at first, but you'll get over it. Trust me!! I'm still going through the divorce.. Good Luck.
