The answer will turn out to be about 15.85%. To calculate this I subtracted the manufacturer's suggested retail by the price seen in the advertisement ($3295). Then you simply divide this by the suggested retail and multiply by 100 to get the percent of money saved (discount).

Well . . . I can tell you one way to do it - You divide 17,500 by 20,795. The answer you get from that can be subtracted from 100 and it will give you the % discount. Does someone know a shorter way to the answer?
