what kind of a sick idea would that be? i heard that in one US airport, there is a muslim woman with a headdress working at the security gate. can we really trust her to report another bearded muslim who's carrying an illegal item in his carry-on? there was a female who attempted to blow herself up in Jordan at a hotel. She received the death penalty but I think it was just a "public relations" move to make jordan look like an anti-terrorist state. so just because its a woman, it doesn mean she's innocent. but thats not the real issue.
can we trust muslims? what if those muslims become brainwashed by all the anti-American nonsense that the Left is spewing out against its own country? theyll probably be ready to believe it.

So, by that argument no devout Christians should be allowed in the police force, because they might refuse to arrest other Christians.... and since 90+% of all felons are Christians, that means no Christians should be entrusted to capture or detain them.

That's the same argument. Christians have a long history of terrorism and persecution over the past thousand years, so if you are going to judge everyone based solely on their religion, start there.

{EDIT} The asker pointed out that my answer pertains only to the the West. Specifically, I was commenting about the US, which is the country referenced at the start of the question. The same would apply to Christians in England or the Philippines, Muslims on Egypt or Turkey, or any other dominant religion in any country.
