I just bought a set of fully adjustable lowering springs with 3 different sized o-rings (one of each for each wheel) and I do not know what to do with these... I got my spring compressor and i know how to replace stock springs off the strut but ive never looked at lowered ones... please help guys... :) Thanks!

lol yeah... well i sure would use installation instructions if they were given... most of the aftermarket things i get have no instructions with them... nice try.. im not that dumb.

to be honest with you i have lowered a few cars in my day and never used anytype of 0-ring. could you be mistaking it for a spring insulator(not to call you dumb). other than that i dont know what to tell you. good luck!

they go underneath the "cap" of the coilovers..not sure what there for though.but if you bought a good name brand it should of came with instructions..

if you dont know what your doing..just go take it to a tire shop and have them install them for you..my husband tried doing it our selves on the civic we had..he broke 2 struts

use the installationi instructions - they will tell you where they go.
