Hi, took an ovulation test on sept 22. Positive for lh surge. Had sex 23, 25 of sept. Today (27) i'm having cramping and a pain that shot up into my breasts. I've been real tired, just feel like i get tired really easy doing something! Last night was having very mild back pain. Just wondering when you can expect implantation? When should i test (suppose to start around october 7)? Are these sypmtoms of early pregnancy? Thanks for all the advice i get!!

Implanation happens about 6-12 days past ovulation with 10 days being most common. LH surge on the 22nd most likely means you ovulated on the 23rd so if you conceived implantation would happen at earliest on the 28th.

I think those would be signs of early pregnancy. If you start craving odd things, that could be a sign. The pain in your back might be trying to get you used to all that weight of another person inside you that might be coming! The pain in your breasts might have to do with it, I'm not really sure since I haven't been pregnant before...Or read any symptoms. I've only heard.
I would test soon, just to make sure. Fatigue is probably usual when you are going to be pregnant. I bet it's hard work carrying a baby in your belly! But since you probably don't exactly have a 'full grown' baby in you, I suppose other things might be causing it. Make sure you don't pick up anything too heavy, that could put too much strain on your body and it won't be too good for a baby. Also make sure that you watch what your eating. Greasy foods like from fast food resterants might be bad.

You won't experience implantation bleedign for 7-10 days after you have unprotected sex, so no you're not having early pregnancy signs. All tests are different I would wait till after you miss your period though just to make sure. Best of Luck!!!
