does any female in here have prominant and huge hand veins that always stick out and never go back in?

i need alot of answers to this questions please why do female make there knuckles red i saw it on monday when i came out of my doctors appointment this lady her knuckles were red and she had veins and can you tell me why female do that. why do female fold there hand together alot.

Mostly this is genetic and there is little you can do about it. Having a little more weight on your body will tend to hide this affect but for most it is just a fact of life.

her veins popped out probably becuase shes too skinny. and they fold their hands together to look proper.
