Everyone at my school (girls) like the guys who are all jock-y and loud and obnoxious and have lots of friends that are girls. I on the other hand like the opposite. Guys that don't get much attention at school and don't have girls hovering over them. Is this normal or is it weird? Do you agree with me?

Well as a regular Joe in school, I was a little bit popular, but I never had all kinds of girls or people hanging around me, and I liked it that way. I think alot of those guys who are the jocks just love to live for the attention.
I met my wife in High School and we were never really ones in the popular crowd. And we were perfectly happy with that.

i do agree with you. Sometimes its the best way to go with dating the less popular boys. When you date the guys with lots of girl friends normally you get pulled into a lot of drama that you shouldn't have to deal with. Also many will become jealous with you and will be really mean just because you have something that they all want. another reason that it is nice to date a guy that isn't well known in school is because less people will really know about what happens in your relationship and rumors won't fly around about you. i never date guys From my school just for those reason that way not everyone is up in your business

If you like the guy, then it truly shoudln't matter what anyone thinks.
It's perfectly normal. For example, my best friend, Missa, is dating a really average guy.
You enver woulda expected it either, because shes a cheerleader and stuff. And hes like this huge nerd, but their so perfect together and have been together for around three years now.

I personally liked the long-haired boys who wore leather...MROWR! I was never into jocks.

I so agree with you, but then again his social status doesn't matter. If I'm attracted to him and he's a good guy, then that's all the matters.

everyone likes different people i am sorta the same i do like guys that everyone else likes. don't sweat it it is normal
