If so, how did you do....and can you give any tips on how to score higher?

They sell GRE cards at Barnes and Noble....buy them!!! Study them!

It depends on the person. I wouldn't waste time or effort on a class to take this test.

I took it twice. Both times, I just took the practice test the day before. I scored higher by 10-20 points in each section the second time I took it.

And, I took the computer version which can be faster if you finish a section faster than the allotted time; you can go on to the next section.

The test has changed since I took it. But, I scored a 650 in verbal, 760 in qualitative, and 770 in quantitative the last time I took it.

I scored about the same as I did on the SAT. It was pretty similar overall, though not identical.

The number one thing you can do is prepare. Don't just leaf through a prep book and then assume you're all good. You need to sign up for a review class with a reputable group, like Kaplan, and you need to take practice tests.

Work hard, and the reward will be a high score.
