my goodness.. people on here are really really harsh... really mean. If anyone wished death upon you, wouldn't that be nice. I am not a fan of TO. not at all. given that I am a 49er fan I never was one of his, BUT I totally agree with the girl above who said if he is suicidal I hope he gets help. I dont want to see anyone feel that bad to want to kill themselves. I don't like TO, but the recent things about him helping out underprivileged kids and going to high schools is a good thing, even if some of you describe that as "attention whore".

You guys have to realize that this is Terrell Owens. He will do anything for attention. So he probably went out and told someone he tried to commit suicide and it spread. He's nothing but a fake.

Has anybody even looked into the details of what happened? He took 35 painkillers. Would someone take 35 painkillers for publicity?
Who was another trash talker that tried to commit suicide? Hmmm I believe it was Deon Sanders and he turned his life around afterward, and I hope T.O. does the same.
I dont like T.O. 's comments but some of his celebrating was actually quite hilarious. The guy did have a very rough life growing up so let us give him some lieniency here.

Yes, I don't think the hospital would have admitted him if it was not proved that he was a danger to himself. His response following his discharge was odd. People that are suicidal are usually not so eager or willing to discuss publicly, their actions so soon. If he is suicidal I hope he gets the help he needs.

I dont he does like attention and If he does not straighten up Dallas will be the last team he ever plays for and It Is ashamed because he could have been a real great pass reciever

I didn't even hear that! I don't think he really did, why the HECK would he? He's a star! He's got to be the MOST SELFISH PERSON ON THE PLANET if he did/or succeeds in doing it. There are so many other people that don't have it as good as he does and are happy in their lives.

how can you take 35 pills and 15hours later be on a football field running and passing footballs.....think about that....he wouldnt be that active after taking that many pills....he only took 5, had an allergic reaction end of story.

WOW!!!! Lots of TO haters out there! No he didn't try to kill himself. The media had lost it's focus on him and the publicity whore that he is had to do something.
