the skin at my waist is getting flacid. I've lost this over 5 weeks. so it's not like it happened super fast. What can I do to make the skin tighter? I'm doing situps every other day. 150 each time. but my skin looks looser then when I started to lose weight. Will my skin ajust to my new waist width? I still have 8 more pounds to lose to be at an average bmi.

start using a frming lotion like palmers or dove firming lotion-worked for me after i had a baby

Sit ups will not do it. You need to do more cardio, some stretches with wieghts and crucnhes three times per week to see results.

u need to use lotions and do stretches plus for a quick results try goin to a Thai or Chinese massage center n tell them ur problem and there is a special massage for it...

it worked for me pretty well...
