i think the answer is different for every person. What are your interest? If your not quite sure, try many different thing like biking, reading, watching movies,surf, snowboard,go to a spa, get a new haircut, listen to music, go hiking or just plain hang out with family or friends. There's a whole lot of things that you can do, but i when im bored i just answer questions in yahoo answers or read.

exercise, crochet, paint, color books, cards, go gather up the chicken eggs, feed the dogs, feed the kids, wash the truck, water the grass, mow the grass, talk on the phone, cook supper, take a shower, go out dancing, paint toe nails, braid your hair, make a home movie, take some pics, go look for some lizards, go to a ball game, go get some ice cream, shopping, clean the mini blinds, go talk to an old person, call your mom, call your grandmother, decorate your room, throw out any old shoes, go see a movie, go to gymnastics, have a slumber party, give a makeover

whatever the 1st thing is that comes to your mind. think about whether or not you are procrastinating anything necessary also. it may be time to catch up on your to do list! taking a few moments for yourself is always good too....
