oh my goodness. i love house...for the first time yesterday i missed like half of it and only saw the ending. i dont want to ruin it for you by just telling you the ending so here is the site with the information on what happened on past (yesterday) episodes

The little autistic boy was eating sand out of his sandbox and it gave him worms. House threw a fit because Cuddy took replaced the carpet in his office and refused to go back in until she put the old carpet back. It was funny. The girl from last week kept calling and calling and Cuddy got fed up and got a restraining order filed against the girl. She keeps flirting with House trying to get him to sleep with her. Well, he confronts the girl in Cuddy's office and pretends like she has some sort of neurological disorder she got from an earthquake in Fresno, thus convincing her that what she feels isn't love, thus hopefully leaving him alone. It was a good episode. Previews for upcoming shows revealed House being read his Miranda Rights. I'm thinking the girl doesn't stop and someone catches them in a compromising situation.

an autistic boy got worms from eating sand. House refused to use his office after cuddy replaced the bloody carpet with a new one. a 17 year old girl tried to make a move on house, and was reluctant to turn her down.

I am guessing the girl went to the police and made something up acutally. House is probably tempted to do something but I honestly dont think he will. So the girl makes something up because if she can't have him... You know the rest of the saying
