A Undertaker is the person who manages funerals.

Bascially if you look at the Undertaker's character with the WWE you notice that he has a lot to do with death, coming back from the dead, etc.

An Undertaker is someone who basically cares for a cemetary. He is responsible for helping to prepare the grave site, cleaning up after a funeral, and basically making sure all is well in the cemetary.

The name literally means: Taking care of those underground.

OK.. you know when you pass away.. well it's the undertaker who comes and takes the body away, embalming, which preserves the body. as you know , its about 7 days before a person is buried or cremated here, so he has to look after that body.also arranging the funeral making sure that all arrangements are met for the bereaved family, basically, he is their steadfast rock, when all is a heart breaking thing to go through

In the early west days, the undertaker was the person who picked up the bodies, made suits for the dead and made the caskets.
They usually wore a black suit with tails and were standing next to the gunfights, waiting for the loser!!
The name we use now is funeral directors!!
