I think the best is actually an amalgamation of so many workouts----pilates, yoga, treadmill, aerobics, BELLYDANCING!, ballroom dancing, running, walking, bending, crunches, jumping jacks, swimming, twisting, tai chi, stationary biking, biking, gym weights with machines. It all means being consistent, never giving up. Also cut down on carbohydrates. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies instead.

Lie down on a flat surface, the ground, and put your arms behind you head and clasp the wall or a chair or something. Lift your legs up while bringing your knees into your abdominen and push your body up into the air legs first while getting your butt off the ground and go back to sytarting poisition.
2. Upper Crunches
With your hands gently placed behind your neck and in the crunch position lift your legs up and cross your ankles in the air and begin to do crunches.
