do those cleansing drinks work or are they just gimmicks and what really works is the flushing they cause they i could get from just drinking alot of water and flushing

Cleansing drinks don't work. It takes 30-45 days to get it out of your system if you have to take a blood or urine test. However, it can still be traced in your hair/nail samples for 6-9 months.

They don't work at all. Its a rip off. Just do what i do and only do it once a week (if that). The high is great like it use to be, and less likely you'll fail at a drug test. (not 100% guaranteed though). But flushing works wonderfully if your not a heavy smoker. Just hope they don't do hair tests.

My best friend is on parole and he had to be dropped down from call in to going into visit and pee once a month. He was terrified that he would not pass....understandably so since we are almost and 8th a day smokers.
He bought some vinegar tablets and some stuff called "Sure Tabs" or "Quick Tabs" and they worked!!!!
Try the vinegar and the Sure or Quick Tabs- they will work!! And drink GALLONS AND GALLONS of h2o and gatorade.

The cleansing drinks don't work, and the drug tests are sensitive enough today to tell if your blood/urine results are off because of the effort.

yeah and of you get a bag of cheetoes, that will wash down your munchies.........or better yet , dont smoke pot
