its the third eye they see everything through it and even know what you are thinking, have you ever tried to shop lift anything from them trust me even when there back is turned they know cos they got this psycic thing going on, they turn round and start shouting 'put dat down, you pay for dat' of course i am joking here hope that was the point of the question and i havent offened anyone.

I presume you mean Indians from India, if you do it's caste mark, a sign of status and very rigidly observed, some are born to rule, some to serve and ner to mix.
