Why is it that people say "yes he has" and don't provide sources?
Toomer has not made the Pro Bowl.
A news story dated Sept. 20, 2006 has a quote from him:
"I want to win a Super Bowl. I want to go to the Pro Bowl," he says. "There are still a bunch of things I want to prove in this league. That keeps me going."
Also look on his personal website. He doesn't mention ever getting selected to the Pro Bowl:
