In a relationship? As friends?
I am trying to get a BOYfriend and I think I like boys better as friends too.

I relate better to boys and men and get really frustrated that they generally just treat me as a FEMALE... (sigh) since I think they are the best friends for me. They aren't too emotionally demanding, they just want to yak and DO stuff and not analyze feelings all day.
Women... hmmm... most of my friends are women, but they are mostly bi or gay, as I find straight women seem totally preoccupied with guys (dressing for them, thinking about them, getting mad at them) and kids. This has been hard for me, as I am straight, but don't relate to straight women! I am just more like a guy somehow, in my thinking.

I have a split answer on this one (and i apologize for that).
It would depend on my mood. Seeing as I'm bisexual, i have dated both sexes numerous times.
If i am in a kind of...ya know, excited mood, i would choose guys for a relationship. No offense, guys, but you go quicker to the bedroom than girl-girl relationships do. Which isn't a bad thing--it's normal.
But if i want things to go slow, i would pick a girl. Since i AM a girl, i like girls equally as much as guys in a relationship because they know what hurts, what doesn't, etc. (or they have a general idea, anyway). Girls also tend to go slower with "things". =P
So I'm sorry...i like both sexes equally for the relationship status...
But for friends...
I like girls.
You just CANT be "friends" with a guy if you're a woman, in my opinion. I always end up wanting to date them, lol! =D
Hope this was somewhat of an acceptable answer. =P

I like guys alot better than girls, although I do have a few friends that are girls, but not many. Alot more guy friends than girl friends.

This topic is like Ford VS. Chevy, or Christian VS. Muslim, both sides always think they are correct, and get alot of happiness out of their side, so much that they cannot even fathom why someone would switch sides! It's all whatever you desire, I personally like women, but if I could be sexually attracted to males I might just switch sides becase from what i've seen they're less bitchy and easy to deal with, and alot of fun lol.

i tend to like girls and guys who can listen as friends. and guys who have the same qualities as guy friends but with an attraction or spark that could make me like him as a boyfriend

i prefer to be friends with guys and have no such relationships with women as they are like to cause trouble between guys and are incapable of the kind of friendship that guys can have I like guys to be or as friends better than women - there is no contest.
I still occasionally like a woman sexually though - but I do not like them as friends as they backstab so well
