How do I remove an address from the address bar?

launch internet explorer,click tools, internet options, choose the clear history button in the lower left, say yes to the prompt,close the browser and re-launch it.

Removing address fromm address bar very easy..
1) Double click anywhere on teh address bar your whole aaddress bar will be selcted, then hit the delete key on ur keyboard.It will remove address.

2) Click anywhere on the address abr and use the delete or backspace key to remove address.

3) Go to tools options on Menu Bar on ur browser window, click Internet options and click Home page and then click use default or whatever u want to put in.

4) if it is not removing from there, use the free internet eraser available on www.download.com

if u're looking to permanently erase it from the address bar for privacy then yeah click on tools , interner options and clear history in addition u can also set ur privacy level to medium high so cookies don't get stored in ur comp. that way if u're sharing ur comp u can still keep others from knowing where u've been on the inrternet. hope that helps.
