I can see where your coming from but it's not going to happen. I give you respect and best wishes but while financially things may seem wrong, I can assure you your life will be enriched by the experience.
I can say this from my own personal experience, when my first marriage broke up I was left with sons aged 2 & 4. I remarried years later; that also broke up. She won custody because one of the children was only a stepchild to me. They ran away from home about 5 years later and I got custody. It's been hard, it's been difficult but, now they are all grown adults I look at them and think I've done a hell of a job. To me, as a Father, I was allowed to be closer to my children than most and for that I am grateful. Once again, Respect.

i'm no longer a dad, yet my boyfriend has admitted that on condition that his ex moved which includes his daughter and he in no way receives to work out her or call her, or deliver her something (ex's fault) he pretends she would not exist. It truly makes me unhappy to comprehend how a lot it hurts him. His oldest son merely moved in with us very last 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, which helped out slightly pondering all he went via to get him. although i have not gotten the danger to satisfy his daughter, I felt like I virtually knew her. He may call or textual content me even as i changed into at artwork the completed way he drove to go see her even as she nonetheless lived in this state telling me what he planned to do. the same on his in the previous. he will hardly communicate about her till he's having a reliable day and something makes him carry it up. (my love of hi kitty frequently)

i agree with you but like earlier comment there is lots more absent dads then their are mums. Whoever leaves their children mum or dad must pay for their child why have them if your not responsible to look after them pratical or financial then the person shouldn't had sex then. (my opinion)

You are allowed to make a claim against your ex's earnings.

But if she's sponging off some bloke (or woman) you've nothing to come.

It worked for me, I claimed off my exwife and she had to cough up, and she had to pay for me as well because I couldn't work with a small child.
