What do you do if your stressed out so much to where you feel like you can't handle it anymore??

I find a comfy quiet place and read...or sit in the hot tub and let the hot water and bubbles do their thing. You have to take some time to do something that you enjoy...hopefully that will relieve some of the stress. But you must take some time for yourself or will be sick...and too tired to do the things you have to do. Good luck

Girl I have a cocktail and blast my music in order to tear the roof off the motha! Watch Eddie Murphy's Delirious! That sh/t cracks me the hell up! If you don't have that, just sit back, have cocktail and turn on a comedy. It should take you mind off of what's ever bothering you and then you can just pass out from the alcohol. Take a nap!

I hope you're old enough to drink! Because if not, just scratch the above advise. And maybe read a book!

When i am stressed, i usually like to take nice long bubble bath's, or listen to music. Sometimes i might Go walking, or Talk to someone. Some ppl like to do different things, Thats just persoanlly what i like to do. I find it very relaxing , You should try.

Do something that requires no thought, exercise, read a book watch a film, anything that will take you away from reality for a little while to give yourself a break, good luck.

Running or working out really helps me if I am stressed out.

Or trying to find something relaxing to do if I am feeling lazy.

you have to meditate when you are in the middle of a problem or anything just relax take a deep breath and take your stress out, it works for me

Breathe. Go for a walk. Purposely slow things down. Do yoga or tai ji.

u need to release the stress one way of do it is physical excersion...like workingout, running, racquetball etc etc..probably the best way...stress ball maybe, punching bag works too
