Some would call it the International Date Line, but the dateline actually is not perfectly aligned along any particular line of longitude. It zigzags. That said, I'll bet the asker was looking for the International Date Line as an answer.

With Latitude you have the Equator as a reference point, but with Longitude there is none. Under international agreement, Greenwich near London, UK was chosen as '0' and plus and minus to the east and west. Logically, you could say that 180 degrees is equidistant East and West from Greenwich.
