BEEN TOLD TRY VINEGAR IT RELEASES SOME KIND OF AGENT THAT BREAKS UP THE CANDY

Try spraying it with a all purpose cleaner, like windex or 409, let it set for a few minutes this will soften it then pick it up with a paper towel. If it leaves color behind just keep spraying and wiping, it will eventually come out. It worked for a lolly pop stuck to my car carpet.

Get flooding it with water little by little...it will dissolve.
