Bacterial infections vary widely in their effect. It's best to investigate what type of infection you have (STD, non-STD, etc.) and what the possible consequences are. It is a rare circumstance when simple infections can cause sterility, but if you're using a condom and you don't think it's an STD you may have a simple yeast infection. Over the counter medicines can get rid of that pretty easily and painlessly.

In short, see a doctor, get some advice. Just about the only way you're at risk of ruining your reproductive organs is by not getting checked out.

Theoretically, yes. But you should wait until the infection clears up to make sure you have the best chance of having a healthy pregnancy... If the uterus or cervix get infected too, you can risk having a miscarriage.

Ummm, no you cannot conceive, (probably) if you use a condom. That's what condoms are for, moron, so as NOT to conceive or spread diseases.
