Only if you want them to be. Read and study the man and history behind Peanuts creator Charles Shultz...then decided. I think you'll find he didn't draw them up that way.

Once upon a time, there use to be tomboys. Society has screwed that up now. Trying to place Shultz's values into todays "nothing wrong" is a bad conclusion.
