What is the best way to heat a new blade to attach it to a new shaft

Try a hair dryer or heat gun if you have one. That should loosen it up enought to get it attached.

Heat gun is the way to go (can get one at home depot).
*Remember* if you find an old synergy shaft or your old composite shaft gets worn out where you insert the blade, you can flip the stick around and put a new blade where the butt-end used to go.
I'm sure the kick point for the flex is affected when using the stick upside-down, but you would probably have to have a pretty wicked shot to notice the difference.

try the oven as it will heat evenly
