I'm not sure about the paralegals question, but there are alot of job listings on http://seattle.craigslist.org

Also, I used a placement firm when I moved here a few years ago http://www.businesscareers.com

Pros:
~ Weather is great. You have all four seasons, but they are moderate here, especially compared to the Midwest and East Coast.
~ Scenery is BEAUTIFUL! Mountains, water, and green trees from every angle.
~ People here are smart, friendly, and very chill. It's not uptight here like it is in many other urban areas.
~ Neighborhoods, Seattle isn't like other urban areas in that it has great little neighborhoods scattered all over the city. For many residents, their neighborhood somewhat defines who they are.
~ Lots of fun things to do here. Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, the Waterfront, Washington State Ferries, the Space Needle, Seattle Center, museums, art, culture.
~ Lots of things to do outside of Seattle. Olympic National Park, Mt. Rainier National Park, the Cascade Loop, Portland, Vancouver, Victoria, etc.

Con:
~ Cost of living here is high and on the rise. However, if you are coming from California, you'd probably find this area to be cheap.
~ Traffic, again probably not as bad as LA or San Fran, but we can get pretty backed up since you have to cross a bridge to get just about anywhere!

The big advantage of living in Seattle is that it is 100% better than most other Cities in the USA.
Of course many of us would prefer
