This is ONLY my opinion! ...BUT I would like to warn you against Depo. I took depo and got pregnant while it should have been effective. I never knew I was pregnant until a week before I lost my baby (I was 5 months!) and delivered a fully devoped baby (deceased). I will never get over this. I can never really know or prove it, but I think that since I got pregnant while on the shot it caused something to be wrong with the baby. Just be careful and think about it before using depo. I don't wish that on my worst enemy. My poor baby is gone forever! Best wishes to you and everyone.

You probably are not, the only way of knowing is by taking a pregnancy test. Depo-Provera does stop your period but there is a very very very slim chance you can get pregnant on it. Personally I rather take the pill and get my period every month as a reminder.

Okay the shot makes your body and mind think it is already pregnant, This is why you have no monthly cycles, you gain weight, lose hair, and this also tells you why you wanna eat more often. I would get off that shot ASAP It sucks bad, I was on it and Yuck. And if you do get pregnant it will be very hard to tell because of what the shot does to your body

A good friend of mine got preg on Depo, but she had only been on it for about 2 or 3 months... If I were you, I would still use some other kind of protection b/c no BC works 100%

I know a few people that have got pregnant while supposedly taking Depo. And as far as being and getting pregnant that might take years. It takes women who haven't used birth control years. Just depends!

Yes you definitely can, but the chances for some are relatively low, but depo can give you sytems like you are pregant. Mood swings, irritablity, even feeling sick, but still take a test just to make sure. Be sure to use early mornig urine

The ONLY 100% reliable form of birth control is abstinence. YES, you can become pregnant while taking/using any form of birth control with the exception of abstinence.

yes you can, women have become pregnant even after their tubes have been tied. My friend got pregnant while on that exact birth control. Just cross your fingers it doesnt happen and maybe use extra precations like rubbers.
