I would go back to your doctor. Did you have this the last time you were there? HPV is something that they don't normally test for if there aren't symptoms or abnormal paps (its not the end of the world if it is this- the 'itchiness' of it might suggest it's not but you should get tested). Other than that it could be an allergy. Have you changed soaps, laundry detergent, condoms etc recently? If you have started anything new then stop and see what happens. If it's a yeast infection while you are waiting for your doctor's appointment you could cut back entirely on sugar (it's yeast's favorite food!) and go get some Pro-biotics supplements. This will help restore your levels of 'good' bacteria and a yeast infection usually occurs when there is an imbalance between bad and good bacteria. If it's a yeast infection this should help some.
In the meantime you may want to refrain from sex just because whatever it is could just be irritated by it.
Good luck to you.

Did the bumps just show up? Were you exposed to anything different or eat different food? Are they in clusters or evenly spread? Have you had chicken pox? Were you sitting in grass where you could have gotten insect bites? Try a dose of benadryl in case it is an allergy. One dose won't hurt you if it that's not the problem. If it improves but doesn't go away, try another dose. You could also try taking a warm bath in epson salt. It may soothe the itching ... or so my mom told me when I had hives, but it never helped as much as benadryl. You can also put on some calomine lotion that soothes itching. Honestly, I don't know which doctors are in their office tonight or will be there tomorrow, and I'd bet this does not merit a trip to the ER, so I hope these suggestions help. If it persists, check it out with your regular doctor.

You could be having a reaction to anything from laundry detergent to fabric softener(softener sheets are the number one cause of allergic reaction in children and asthmatics). The soap you use in the shower or do you sit in a bathtub with oil or salts or anything perfumed?
If the doctor had nothing to say and it does not itch then try something like a generic vagisel type product or ignore it til it goes a way because it undoubtedly shall...

"VAGINITIS" IS A TERM that refers to an inflammation of the vagina. Most women will experience some disruption of the normal condition of 'the vagina at least once in their lives; some are plagued by constant and disruptive irritations. One of the problems in dealing with vaginitis is figuring out exactly what's causing it. Often, women are treated for a problem they don't have while the cause of their vaginitis goes undetected.

It could just be a yeast infection, but I would go back to the doctor to be sure. You don't want to mess around when it comes to your girly parts.

You may be allergic to the condoms or to the rubber or latex in common sexual aids. They do have hypo-allegenic versions of everything just because of this. You may have to go mail order to get them though. I doubt that most stores carry the hypo-allergenic version of sexual toys.

It may be your soap. My gyno told me to only use Dove (the origional) because it is unscented and works well with people with sensitive skin

honestly it sounds like a possible std, go get it checked out. no one on here can tell you for sure what it is. if you are that concerned, get it checked out! and even if it isn't, the gyno will help you figure out what is causing the outbreak.
good luck!

We have pores all over our body...even "there"...they could be clogged, it is actually rather common...that could be the possible cause but you should ask your doctor to be sure of course.
