You can not "shrink" pores, they are the same size no matter what. It's a genetic thing, thank your parents. You can minimize the look of them however. When you wash your face start off with warm/hot water, they will open up and make it easier to clean, when you rinse your face after washing it, rinse with cold water, they will close up. The reason you notice them so much is that they are clogged with dead skin cells and oil. Keep that out and you'll be good to go.

You can never shrink your pores, its anatomical, that why they say shrink the appearance of pores. Try Queen Helene's Green Clay Mask,(CVS or Rite Aid) once a week around your nose and places where pores appear large. Do it on a clean face and after you have lightly exfoliated. And moisturize. Get a facial every six weeks for a deep cleaning to unclog pores.

I used True-Porefection Skin Refining Mask by Avon. It really made my pores look smaller. Something else you can try is Noxzema, the original cream. Just leave that on for about 20 minutes and then wash it off and it will make your pores a lot smaller and your face a lot softer and smother.

When you wash your face, start w/ hot water, and when you rinse off the soap, do it with really cold water, and the pores should shrink up. You can also buy different masks that will help to shrink pores. Usually ones with clay or sulfur in them will help to minimize pores.

Microdermabrasion or laser peal, buttt those are expensive. I have large pores around my nose and any masks that have clay in them are great for reduceing the large pores. the clay sucks out the oils and dirt. use sunscreen and a moisturizer without oil.

You can't really shrink pores on your face, they are enlarged because of oil and dirt. You must keep you face clean and use toner. When you use toner though, make sure it is the right one for your skin(combo., oily, or dry...) GOOD LUCK.
