Yes, it can be cured. You need to be positive, first of all. I know somebody cured with immunotheraphy (stimulating the immune system to fight against the cancerous cells). 8 years after diagnosis and perfectly fit now! Good luck!

My Dad had cancer of the prostate and he was diagnosed early. After 4 yrs he is now back to full health. As far as I know it does have a good recovery rate. The bad boys are Liver, Lung and Pancreatic.
My Dad had radiotherapy.

I must admit the two people I know that were diagnosed with Prostate cancer had the treatment and are still going strong 10 years after the radio therapy.
