DO NOT CHANGE IT TO 4-1 BEDROOM APARTMENTS, IT'S HARD TO RENT THEM AND PEOPLE WHO WOULD LIVE IN A 1 ROOM PLACE TYPICALLY DON'T HAVE MUCH MONEY OR AREN'T CURRENTLY STABLE IN THEIR LIFE AND MAY SKIP ON RENT .... YES EVEN THE GRANDMOTHERLY TYPES TEND TO DO THIS. RENT AS IS OR PROVIDE OTHER SERVICES SUCH AS MEALS ECT. BUT EITHER WAY IT IS A RISK EXPECIALLY WITH ONLY 4 UNITS THERE'S NOT MUCH ROOM FOR ERROR ON PICKING THE WRONG TENANT
