Absolutely nothing. These were boring years. There were only very minor happenings, like the The Wall Street Crash in1929 (the beginning of the Great Depression); Stalin's campaign against his opposition (about 20 million were killed so it is not counted) a small and minor war called the Second World War (only 50 million people perished, so it is a little bit serious) and some others.
Boring years.
