Are ever shocked to think you may not have cleaned one area for years? e.g. between smallest toes, behind knees, etc.

Nope - every shower every part. Same routine every single day, so everything gets cleaned every single day.

ummm. no. normal people wash their WHOLE body on a regular basis. right down to the inside of their belly button. sounds like you need to try just washing your hair. hop to it bucko!
