Your wife probably won't freak if you don't make a huge deal about it -- the worst thing here is that you've been keeping it a secret for so long. If she's out of the question, try telling your doctor. He or she will probably confirm that there's nothing wrong with it as long as a) it's not hurting anyone, and b) it's not screwing up your current sex life. From there, if you're still worried, the doctor can probably give you a referral to a therapist.

Perhaps you can find some support group on line...don't forget to clear your searches if you don't want your wife to find out (oh and delete your cookies and history!). Are you sure she won't support you in this? Halloween IS coming up, may I suggest you crossdress from the skin out as a costume? Then try and seduce your wife... you may be able to start SOME sort of communication with her this way, and at the least, you will know what she thinks of how you look. Good luck!

That's a hard question. If you have someone in your life that is a true confidant & won't judge your character, then tell them. If not, you should seek counseling to figure out why you can't stop. Eventually you've got to tell your wife though. Maybe talking about it to strangers in an atmosphere such as this may be easier for you.

Find a group on the web that has people like you and talk about it. It may freak your wife out for a moment, but I'm sure she would rather you share your fanatasies/desires with her then to end up going to someone else because you don't want to tell her. Cheating is far worse than a fetish like yours.

Use reverse role play on her and use someone elses name and see what she thinks about it. then if you know she will freak out don't tell her but she does need to know she is your wife and I guess my next answer would be tell a priest.!!!

a psychologict, it apears you are a transvestite, someone who enjoys wearing womans clothing but has no ambitions about becomeing female, while not "normal" one might be surprised how many people suffer from it. Id see a psychologist or an open minded friend.
